Free eligible battery cell replacement
Free Battery Cell Upgrade, Whenever You Want It, During Your One-Year Warranty.
Ask for a new battery cell at any time during your warranty: you do not have to wait for a particular battery-health number. Replacing the battery cell requires opening the device, which changes its original sealed condition. Applies to UnFurbished, Premium Refurbished and Economic variant iPhones, once during the warranty.
How eligibility works
- The benefit applies during your one-year Obran Vale warranty, to both UnFurbished and Premium Refurbished iPhones.
- If your iPhone’s battery health is 70% or below, an eligible battery cell replacement is free of charge.
- Eligibility is confirmed by inspection of your device at our designated service centre .
- damage or prior third-party repair, will not be treated under warranty.
Important: replacement opens the device
Replacing a battery cell requires opening the device. This changes its original sealed condition. For an UnFurbished iPhone, a device serviced under this benefit is no longer in its original unopened, factory-sealed state.
