What is an UnFurbished iPhone?

An UnFurbished iPhone has never been repaired or opened by a technician, and its original factory seals are intact. It can show light cosmetic wear, such as minor scratches. Phones marked as seal-verified had their seals checked before we listed them.

What is a Premium Refurbished iPhone?

It keeps its original Apple screen and gets a new body and back glass. Every repair is disclosed on the listing, so you know exactly what was done.

What is an Economic variant?

An Economic variant has had its screen replaced, and the listing says so. It is the most affordable way into iPhone, and it carries the same one-year Obran Vale warranty as every other phone we sell.

Is the warranty from Apple?

No. It is an Obran Vale warranty, provided by BracketMonk Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. It is not a manufacturer warranty, and Obran Vale is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

How does the free battery cell upgrade work?

During your one-year warranty you can ask for a new battery cell whenever you want, at any battery health. It is free and can be used once during the warranty. We fit it at our service centre, and you can walk in or send the phone by courier.

How do I raise a claim?

Sign in and go to Raise a claim. Enter your phone's IMEI (dial *#06# on the phone to see it), add the photos we ask for, and choose how you will get the phone to us. You can do all of it from anywhere in India.
