During your one-year warranty you can ask for a new battery cell whenever you want, at any battery health. It is free and can be used once during the warranty. We fit it at our service centre, and you can walk in or send the phone by courier.
Sign in and go to Raise a claim. Enter your phone's IMEI (dial *#06# on the phone to see it), add the photos we ask for, and choose how you will get the phone to us. You can do all of it from anywhere in India.
Our service centre is in Gaffar Market, Delhi, and more centres will be added. You can walk in or send the phone by courier. You pay the courier to send the phone to us, and the return parcel is pay on delivery.
