1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from Obran Vale, a brand of BracketMonk Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., India. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Our phones

Every phone is a single, unique device and is sold once. Each listing states its category (UnFurbished, Premium Refurbished or Economic variant), battery health and any repair. Photos show the actual phone. Light cosmetic wear may be present on UnFurbished phones. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc. Obran Vale is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

3. Prices, orders and errors

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price, description or stock level was shown wrongly or a phone is no longer available. If we cancel, we refund the full amount you paid.

4. Payment

Payment is taken online through our payment provider by UPI, card or net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery, returns and warranty

These are set out on our Shipping, Returns and Replacements, Warranty and Battery pages, which are part of these terms. We do not accept returns or give refunds for a change of mind. Replacement or repair applies only in the circumstances stated there, and our decision on a case is final.

6. Your account and your phone

You must give accurate details and keep your account secure. Before a claim, turn off Find My iPhone and do not change the phone’s IMEI or serial number. We may refuse a claim where this is not done.

7. Prohibited use

You must not use the site unlawfully, misuse the claim system, submit false or altered photos or documents, or attempt to access other customers’ data.

8. Limits on our liability

Our liability for any claim about a phone or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that phone. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, or delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The Obran Vale name, logo and content belong to BracketMonk Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. Other brands belong to their owners.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. The courts at the place of BracketMonk Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.’s registered office have jurisdiction.

11. Changes and contact
