We deliver to customers across India. Shipping is free.

Dispatch time

We dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days after payment is received.

Delivery time

Delivery takes a few days after dispatch and depends on your pincode. Enter your pincode on the product page to see the estimated dates. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Parcels are sent by courier partners booked through Shiprocket.

Tracking

Use Track your order with your order number and email. When your phone is dispatched, the courier’s tracking link is in your shipping email.

Delays and lost parcels

Couriers can be delayed by weather, local restrictions or other events outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, but we will help you follow up. If a parcel is lost in transit, we investigate with the courier and keep you informed.

Payment

Orders are paid online (UPI, card or net banking) through our payment provider. We do not offer cash on delivery.

When your parcel arrives

Please record an unboxing video, without a break, from the moment you open the sealed parcel. If the phone is damaged, faulty or not the phone you ordered, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos, the unboxing video and your order number. See Returns and Replacements. Without this proof we may not be able to accept the report.
