Who we are

Obran Vale is a brand of BracketMonk Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., India (“we”). You can reach us through the Contact page.

What we collect

• Your order details: name, billing and delivery address, email and phone number.
• Your account and device details: the phones you bought and their warranty dates. The IMEI is stored encrypted.
• Warranty claims: the details you give us, and the photos of your phone that we ask for.
• Technical data from your visit: IP address, browser and pages viewed.

Why we use it

To deliver your order, register your phone and warranty, handle claims, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax duties and answer your questions.

How long we keep it

Photos you send with a claim, and our check-in photos, are deleted 15 days after the claim closes. Our dispatch photos are deleted when your warranty ends, unless a claim is open. IMEIs in our device registry are encrypted and never appear on our public pages. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with our payment provider to take payment, with Shiprocket and the courier to deliver, and with our hosting and service providers. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies that the shop needs to work, such as your cart, login and security. Some services we use, for example payment, analytics and review tools, may set their own cookies.

Children

Our shop is for adults. Please do not order if you are under 18.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data through the Contact page. We handle personal data in line with the Indian law that applies to us, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We keep records that the law or an open warranty claim requires.
